Multi-Language Customer Support

Serve customers in their own language across chat and email, with translation quality controls and escalation to human speakers where it matters.

What it does

Hiring support staff for every language you serve is not realistic for most companies. This handles inbound conversations in the customer’s language — understanding the request, answering from your approved content, and keeping an English record for your team.

The hard part is not translation; it is the words that must not be mistranslated. Product names, legal phrasing, medical or financial terms. We configure a controlled glossary and define which topics must go to a human speaker rather than be handled automatically.

Key features

Language detection and response

Detects the customer’s language and responds in it, with your supported-language list enforced.

Controlled glossary

Terms that must be translated a specific way, or not at all.

Agent-side translation

Your team reads and replies in their own language while the customer sees theirs.

Sensitive-topic routing

Defined topics always route to a human speaker instead of being answered automatically.

Quality sampling

A review queue for sampled conversations so translation quality is monitored, not assumed.

Bilingual transcript

Both languages retained on the record for audit and training.

Example use cases

Illustrative scenarios this product is designed for, not descriptions of specific client deployments.

  • A support team serving Spanish-speaking customers without bilingual staff on every shift
  • A business with seasonal demand in a second language that cannot justify a permanent hire
  • Email support where response quality matters more than response speed
  • A practice or clinic whose patient base speaks several languages

How it is deployed and integrated

Layered onto the AI Chatbot or Virtual Assistant, or deployed against an email queue.

Three to five weeks, with glossary and sensitive-topic definition the bulk of the effort.

Hosted by us or in your own cloud account.

Integration categories

Categories we can build against. Feasibility for your specific systems and versions is confirmed during scoping — these are not certified partner integrations.

Data and privacy

Translation involves sending message content to a language model. Which model, where it runs and what it retains are decisions we make explicitly with you and document before launch.

If your content includes regulated personal data, say so in scoping. It changes the design, and some topics should be excluded from automated handling entirely.

Before launch, you get it in writing. What data the product can access, where it is processed, how long it is retained, who can read it, and what is logged. If any of that does not work for your policy, it is a design decision we change rather than a limitation you accept.

Questions

About Multi-Language Customer Support

Which languages are supported?

The practical set depends on the underlying model and on how much review you want for each language. We agree a supported list during scoping and we do not advertise a language we have not tested with your content.

How accurate is it?

Good enough for routine support in major languages, and not good enough to be unsupervised for legal, medical or financial specifics. That is why sensitive-topic routing and quality sampling are part of the design.

What does it cost?

Contact us for pricing, based on volume and the number of supported languages.
